Our Full Day Conference Package includes:

• Venue hire for 9 hours
• 1GB high-speed, uncapped Wi-Fi available to all delegates
• 1 x flipchart, screen, lectern, and wireless presenter
• The meeting rooms on the first floor have a 55cm – 75cm LCD screen. Meeting Rooms 8, 9, and 11 have the option of an LCD screen or a drop-down screen with projector
• The halls on the ground floor have Christie LHD 720i, 7500 ANSI lumen projection screens
• 16’ x 9′ front projection screen in the halls on the ground floor
• Lectern
• Undercover parking
• Still and sparkling 750ml glass-bottled filtered water
• Stationery (pencil and notepad)
• 3 x tea/coffee breaks
• Finger fork lunch
• Guests can enjoy catering options including finger fork chef-crafted selections, specialised Ronnefeldt teas, Bootlegger coffee, Marcel’s frozen yoghurt ice cream, juice and smoothie bar, and access to a candy station with a selection of sweets and confectionery.
• Beverages served during lunch will be issued and charged on consumption – these are not included in the day conference package quoted
