We are a close-knit team: a family. Our consistently delighted customers – many of whom return to work with us time and again – are testimony to our strength and value as a team.

While we work hard together, we also play hard together. This rapport inside and outside the walls of our special venue is the glue that holds us together, and that helps us work with each other as a passionate and well-oiled machine.

The staff-run Century City Conference Centre and Hotel (CCCC&H) Social Committee oversees several social and cultural programmes for our people to participate in, and encourages staff to explore ways to become involved, both in shared leisure activities and social responsibility initiatives. Our Culture

This behind-the-scenes look shows the true essence of what makes Century City Conference Centre the best conference centre in its class in Cape Town – and South Africa: our people. The incredible thing about this video is that 80% of the footage was captured without the staff even knowing that we were filming. This is a true reflection of who we are!

Running Club

Our running team’s name is ‘Living Century City’ (LCC) because we live and breathe our brand, and we’re incredibly proud to represent Century City as sportsmen and women. Our squad consists of first-time runners, and even marathon runners! Everyone is welcome, and it is incredible to witness the camaraderie and spirit between these committed colleagues and team-mates! The Century City Conference Centre Choir is one of our proudest team efforts. The beautiful harmonies of these talented Century City Conference Centre & Hotel staff are yet another example of how we are united in creativity, excellence and effort.

Our Corporate Social Investment (CSI)

The inherent Century City Conference Centre ethos of ‘Care’ underlies our individual and collective dedication to doing good beyond our own work and personal lives. Part of our joint commitment to social responsibility – as a venue and a team – we frequently find ways to help those in our broader community who need assistance. An example of this is the precinct-wide Century City Feed-A-Family initiative.
