JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Administrator is to enhance the efficiencies of the Commercial Department. This is achieved by providing robust support to various roles within the department, ensuring that each one functions at its peak efficiency.

Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, the Commercial Administrator will ensure that overall department objective of Growing Revenue and Market Share at the lowest cost per acquisition is achieved.

Assist the Rooms Commercial Manager with inventory management of all accommodation properties 

Audit operational revenue movement ensuring the correct processes are adhered to and correct revenues are achieved.

Produce internal reports as required.

Ensure the correct policies, content, inventory and rates across all channels

Maintain individual rates and promotions on Opera Property Management System and all channels

Maintain the databases and business intelligence on Opera Property Management System 

Commission & Distribution Costs reporting and management

Manage and reserve all internal event bookings

 

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 1 years experience in hotel reservations or hotel reception

Experience with Opera Property Management system is essential

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills required

Demonstrated ability to be resourceful

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
