Group Reservations Agent
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a Group Reservationist you are to be a professional, friendly and efficient first point of contact for guests of both Hotels, and Apartments ensuring that our facilities are sold in such a way that maximizes revenue whilst satisfying the guests expectations. To respond to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks group concerning reservations. To ensure accuracy and attention to detail is maintained on all stages of reservations from the initial enquiry, which includes correspondence checking on a daily basis.
Head Chef
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Head Chef position entails the overall running of the kitchen and ensuring that the company standards are upheld.
Hostess
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The restaurant hostess is the first person to interact with arriving guests as they enter our Restaurant. The purpose of the role is to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the establishment and seat them.
Waiter
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position entails serving guests with the highest level of service and to act as an ambassador of the brand by creating memorable experiences.
